Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories must remain sealed to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in brand-new, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
